Smart medium-load electric roller solution

The medium-load multi-v-belt pulley roller solution combines a reinforced 50mm diameter electric roller and a medium-load passive roller, offering high torque, high safety, easy maintenance, energy conservation and environmental protection, and intelligent features to meet application needs. The electric roller features a reinforced design, with an overall load capacity increased to a maximum of 400kg, compatible with 11-groove multi-v-belt pulleys and sprocket drives.

The cam electric roller solution empowers the design and manufacturing of transfer machines for customers. By rotating the electric roller 90°, it enables the switch between two intersecting platforms, improving equipment efficiency. With a 50% transfer rate, it achieves a sorting efficiency of over 2,000 items per hour. The integrated drive and execution mechanism offers a compact structure, allowing for a slim, single-unit design with a minimum height of 180mm. The dual-cam design controls the lifting of different platforms while keeping the vertical position of the transferred goods unchanged, ensuring product safety and maintaining the same height for the 90° cross conveyor line, simplifying design and installation.

Flexible Gravity Speed Controller

For sorting applications on slides, we offer a 'zero-power' core storage component solution—the damping roller. Damon Industry’s damping rollers cater to both light loads ranging from 10-100kg and medium to heavy loads ranging from 200-1500kg. With a flexible speed control design, the system autonomously adjusts resistance based on the weight and sliding speed of the goods, generating adaptive dynamic resistance. Whether for small-item picking chutes or dynamic storage chutes for heavy pallets, it ensures that goods are transported steadily and safely at a controlled speed.

New Product Update: High-Strength Steel Roller Conveyor Solutions

Damon Industry has launched a new high-strength steel roller conveyor solution, which builds on existing products with comprehensive development and upgrades. The main feature is that the steel tube is high-strength steel, allowing for rationalized application segmentation and significant resource savings through the material's properties.

The main industries for high-strength steel applications include aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, and high-rise buildings. Damon Industry has innovatively applied high-strength steel to the roller sector, offering the following advantages:

Higher Strength: At the same specifications, the yield strength and tensile strength of high-strength steel are 2 times and 1.5 times that of ordinary carbon steel Q235B, respectively. This allows for the use of lighter tubes to achieve the same load capacity.

Good Versatility: High-strength steel rollers maintain the same dimensions and installation conditions as ordinary carbon steel models, enabling seamless integration for both new project designs and spare parts for existing operations.

Energy Efficiency and Environmentally Friendly: The lightweight nature of high-strength steel results in lower energy consumption during manufacturing, transportation, and use, making it more environmentally friendly.
