Immediately after the Chinese New Year of 2017, Damon Industry signed an order with RSA for a high-precision sawing system which will be an important new member of sawing family.

Firstly, The sawing of the equipment has high dimensional precision. According to the statistics of side cutting of hundreds of various tubes, we found that the length tolerance is mainly 0.15mm and notching perpendicularity tolerance 0.1mm, which is twice the precision of average feeder equipment. The realization of the precision can reduce the possibility of channeling at the end of products to narrow product dimension and reduce transverse oscillation, which will improve the operation stability of rollers under high-speed environment.

Secondly, the equipment can cut tube and axle with wide processing range over all processing of conveyor rollers, especially for the processing of the belt conveyor pulley newly released by Damon Industry. It can deal with both large diameter tube and solid bar easily.

Thirdly, Double-cut and high-speed of the equipment, a “fighter” in sawing, can bring about high efficiency which is triple the fully automatic feeder and five times average feeder. It can shorten the delivery cycle. 

These functions guarantee product precision, delivery cycle and stable quality. The using of the equipment is generally suitable for batch production of Damon Industry in fully automatic feeder.
