In May, 2017, Damon Industry invited more than 40 well-known customers’ technicians to participate the product conference successfully held in Huzhou, south of Taihu Lake. The conference introduced conveyor rollers, DC24V MDR and its application.

In recent years, the markets like e-commerce, the express delivery, warehousing and logistics and factory automation have increased rapidly while professionals scarce, especially the senior professional technicians. Many new technicians have joined in the industry. They desperately need training to be professional technicians. Meanwhile, existing technicians hope to receive comprehensive training to provide more professional and excellent conveyor roller solutions.

Therefore, Damon Industry held a product conference. What we have done in the conference was as followed:

1.    Introduced the whole series of products comprehensively from the simplest gravity conveyor roller to complex product release conveyor roller.

2.    Introduced light-load and heavy-load DC24V MDR and provided selection software.

3.    Enumerated and compared different typical conveying type, typical situations and points for attention.

4.    Solved and discussed the customer concerns, arranged manufacture visits.

After the conference, we earned many well-known customers’ trust, such as Nanjing Inform Storage Equipment Co.,Ltd, and Zhejiang Houdar Asmart Technologies AG Co.,Ltd, which all indicated that their professional ability has been improved greatly.

1.    New engineers have received professional training. Roller selection ability has been improved greatly. The time and energy of internal teaching and training has been saved.

2.    They have received comprehensive training about different rollers’ application to provide more and better conveying solutions for their terminal customers.

3.    Thanks to MDR selection software, the customers have rapidly become MDR selection experts!

4.    Professional degree of rollers selection has been promoted, which helps to focus on the equipment and the core business of integration system to ensure better success of equipment and conveying system.
