Each year, Damon Industry will have the customer satisfaction investigation, through which we would like to know your most valuable evaluation and suggestion to our products and service. This would be the key point of our future work. We will try our best to offer you even better products and service.

Through the customer satisfaction investigation in 2015, we have found that most customers have given high appraisal to our topics such as ‘whether the countermeasure and scheme could meet the demands’, ‘reliable and trustworthy cooperative partner’ and ‘professional degree of the scheme that has offered’. In this we are highly appreciating to your recognition. We will do much better for you!

However in the meantime, from the investigation, we find we still have deficiency in some aspects as following, which need to be improved urgently.

1.     To dispose the products’ surface problem, striving for further improvement of the products’ quality.

2.     To improve the products’ packaging.

3.     To perfect the delivery cycle.

For this, we have started a series discussion and made the specific improvement program. Improvement has been made in 2016 as following. Welcome to supervise.

1.     To improve the products’ quality. To promote the products’ surface quality through changing the tubing. Improving the bearing and other components’ quality. To cultivate the salesman in product types choosing.

2.     To improve the products’ packaging. To perfect the packaging specifications. Make sure the packaging code list and delivery note is completely. To improve the products’ packaging in order to avoid the damage in transit.

3.     Up the salesman’s service. To make pre-sales/after-sales’ feedback timely through training and incentive mechanism, strengthen their service consciousness.

4.     Try to shorten the delivery cycle. To analyze the reason through the internal thematic sessions and optimize each link. Each department work together to promote the delivery cycle. Up to the end of October, the average delivery time is 7.38 days, which is shorter than last year.

5.     To optimize the customer satisfaction survey method. Open the website and apps in mobile terminals of customer satisfaction. In this way, you could reflect your opinions and suggestions anywhere, any time.
