Immediately after the Chinese New Year of 2017, Damon Industry started the second lean project research. On February 20 and February 21, Damon Industry invited three remarkable lean production consultants from well-known lean production consulting cooperation to the manufacturing site in Damon Industry to carry out the lean production research with the core of “Equipment Automation and TPM Management” and make diagnosis for the startup of later Damon Industry Second Lean Project.

Lean Production, simply LP, is a systematic method derived mostly from the Toyota Production System, which is highly praised by the experts from International Motor Vehicle Program (IMVP) at MIT. Lean just means fewer but better. We need not input more resources of production and only produce necessary quantity of market (or the next process) urgent demand at the right time. Lean also means all operation activities should be helpful, effective and economical.  Lean Production is the best systematic method in current industry.

Zhejiang Damon Industrial Equipment Co. Ltd has always been committed to lean production and keeping innovating. Damon Industry promoted the first lean production project in 2012. In 2013, Damon Industry moved into the modern factory and carried out lean production mode. Through five years of efforts, Lean Production has taken shape and developed. Under this background, Damon Industry and Shanghai Touchtop Consulting Co. Ltd started the second lean project with the core of “Equipment Automation and TPM Management”.

Through two days of deep research and communicaiton, three experts provided professional and elaborate Damon Industry Automation Lean Project Research and Proposal to lay the foundation for the second lean project of Damon Industry.
