On May 26^th, 2017, in Huzhou, Zhejiang, Damon Industry, global leading manufacturer of conveyor rollers, held the conference featured “Mid-low speed, lightweight load solution” in Huzhou Dongwu New Century Grand Hotel. Over thirty customers invited to the conference have discussed the conveyor roller & MDR solutions with two senior product managers.

With the tremendous development of modern logistic technology, conveyor system has been needed and valued by more and more enterprises. The application of conveyor equipments have extended into many fields from the production line, composing room to the final products check-in and check-out the warehouse, from the E-business to the express, from China to the world. As the core components, the conveyor rollers are getting more and more attention.

 If compared the modern logistics system to biological tissue, the small rollers, which seems inconspicuous, could be regarded as the ‘gene’ of logistics conveying equipment. Its quality directly determines whether the whole logistics system could run efficiently and steadily. Correct selection and application of the rollers become particularly important.

The roller manufacturers attach such a little importance to the product technology support and service that the customers can not choose the right products quickly and accurately at the beginning of product selection, for the structure of conveyor roller is relatively simple and technology level not so high. In practical use, there are also lots of problems. If the problems can’t be solved immediately, it will affect the efficiency of the entire produce system.
