With the development and growth of Damon Industry, overseas factories increase constantly. In 2016, we have established production bases in Romania for the overall promotion of products in European market. After a year’s independent production, Romanian production base has developed gradually with much support and training from Damon Industry, which laid a solid foundation for more customers.      

Damon Industry follows and supports the base’s growth. We have found some insufficiencies through our observation: how to tackle the handover with overseas factories and update European sample catalogue when the Chinese new products are produced; the efficiency of the provisioning time of Chinese-English drawings; how to acquaint the local workers with the equipment and apply it to production when we provided Chinese manufacturing equipment for local factories.

To solve the above problems, Damon Industry organized a professional team to go to Romania to carry out work. In terms of the advent of new products (new-type poly-vee roller, o-belt roller ), Damon Industry’s technical staff and local ones exchanged ideas extensively to introduce the characteristics of new products, solved the channeling problem of the bearing after installation to enhance toughness and extend the life of products; discussed better solutions to inform overseas factories of new products and realized information transmission in time so that the relevant personnel can deal with the stock disposal and products maintenance. The existing problem with European catalogue before update is that European code is different from Chinese code. Through our efforts and improvement, we realized the unified code which gained an advantage that a product code can be used freely in China and Europe so that the selection of products will be easier for customers.        

The drawings that Damon Industry offered to Romanian factory have always been tedious technical ones in English. Local technicians had to write notes in Romanian on the drawings before handing them out to the workers which resulted duplication of work. Therefore, we made some changes to improve efficiency: annotate ready stamps in Romanian on our Chinese drawings to improve the repetitive work. There is no doubt that the seemingly insignificant improvement increased the work efficiency and expedited product delivery.        

Whether Romanian factory is skilled in the equipment of Damon Industry is the foundation to promote products in Europe. Therefore, our teams made great efforts to inform the local workers of the work principles, production methods and maintenance details of our equipment. We also confirmed that they can produce their own products on the equipment. Damon Industry team showed them how to assemble new type poly-vee rollers, o-belt rollers and grooved rollers. Romanian team also learned methods and tips actively which realized local production in Europe. Thus European customers of Damon Industry can get the products more quickly and favorably.        

The support from Damon Industry team realized information transmission in time, improved the existing repetitive work and the diversity of products. All of this is just to bring Damon Industry rollers to European market. The products and services delivered to customers are reassuring. Damon Industry will constantly innovate in product research, update products and create much more value for customers.
