In October 2012, during the Shanghai CeMAT exhibition, Damon Industry and Japan Kyowa Jointly launched a new generation of 24V DC MDR(PULSEROLLER)—SENERGY, showing the world's leading new intelligent MDR(PULSEROLLER). The conference attracted many customers, and many media coverage on the spot. The following is the interview manuscript of MS. Cai.

Reporter.During the 2012 CeMAT exhibition,Damon Industry launched New DC24V MDR(PULSEROLLER) successfully,as the company’s leader,how do you evaluate this strategic cooperation with Japan Kyowa?

Reporter: In this CeMAT, Damon Industry’s exhibits become the focus of the exhibition hall, exhibition booth which is more than 300 square meters always be encircled tightly by customers. How does Damon Industry plan this exhibition? Which is Damon Industry’s market strategy in the future?

MS. Cai: As the most influential international exhibitions in the field of logistics technology and equipment in Asia, Damon Industry participates in CeMAT ASIA for many years. In order to show more products and new technology to customers, we got a larger booth than previous this time and market investment also increased a lot.

Although we increased the market investment, but we also think that manufacturing enterprises must put the product quality in the first place. Our claim is bring the competitive products for customers.

Reporter: We know Damon Industry will Ushered in the fifteen anniversaries in the end of 2012. Review the development history of the past 15 years, what is your most unforgettable experience? What is the greatest achievement?

MS. Cai: As the company's old employees, I'm very impressed. The development of private enterprises is crunch time, so we common progress with the team in along the way. From the entrepreneurial passion to standardized management, we all grow up and also brought the growth of enterprises.

We improved focus on the customer value. In the beginning of the development, we hold the plan and the market. And after we have certain scale, we made some progress in Quality, information, equipment optimization, talent construction, comprehensive management, and so on. We also play an active role in the international market. The whole quality control and recording, parametric drawing platform, the whole order progress monitoring and feedback are affirmed by customers.

The biggest harvest of our company is that we have a responsible, self-motivated team which have higher occupation accomplishment and can lead the company to improve customer value.
