As roller leading brand in China, Damon Industry has always been persevereand continuous improving for 17 years, to provide reliable and durable logistics core components--conveyor roller for many different industries. First half year of 2014, based on the continuous rapid development for several years, Damon Industry still achieved double-digit growth of sales turnover. We’re also making the following aspects of the effort in the first half year of 2014:

(1) Optimize product process, enhancetechnical service.
Damon Industry conducted thorough research to the plastic components of anti-static materials with several tests, to provide customers with better anti-static products. We provide motorized roller cable replacement in a timely service, which is more convenient to customers. The new catalogue in 2014will adjust product series, the market required products will be added; and new materials promoted, switch part of the pre-galvanized tube, improve customer value.

(2) Equipment technological upgrading, to improve product quality, reduce lead time.
In the first half year of 2014, we updated the original tube cutting machine, with the automatic servo feed tube cutting equipment, obviously improvecutting precision and perpen dicularity, so as to improve the quality of rollers. We connectthe equipment together as a work unit, so as to gather different processes on one equipment which can reduce the material flow and improve the production efficiency, so as to reduce the lead time. Based on the results of the previous year's customer satisfaction survey,we opena green channel for urgent small order, set up quick production line to handle such orders, to keep the delivery time within 2-3 days to shorten the lead time. We increase the quantity and models forstandard sprockets, and recommend customers to choose our standard products.

(3) As Damon Industry Group successfully listed “new three broad” in June 2014, thecompany will enter a new stage of development. In the second half of 2014, Damon Industry roller will continue to strictly obey the quality oriented policy, to create competitiveness for the customer's logistics system.Therefore, we will continue to do in all aspects of the effort: we will launch new edition ofconveyor roller catalogue, to provide customers support with better roller selection. Online company BOM configuration of the system for clients to reduce the design time and speed up the lead time. Optimization of the main parts to improve roller performance. Thefully automated assembly line will put into production, to further improve the production efficiency, shorten the lead time. Strengthen Damon Industry brand promotion, to add value for the customers etc...All the Damonpeople will work together, continuous improving to offer better service for customers
