Since July, there was extreme heat hit Zhejiang province which never appeared in the past 60 years, the high temperature about 40℃ lasted until the middle of August. It’s really a big challenge to Damon Industry. We made concerted effort to face different urgent deliveries and variety of constraints from different customers, to overcome all of these difficulties together.

Because of continuous high temperature, electricity dries up, the local government announced the ration power policy , majority of the local factories have a holiday for staff.

But in order to ensure customers’ delivery, Damon Industry employees were still in hard working against the heat . In order to ensure the production electricity, all of the offices electricity including for the air conditioner and lighting was cut , only ensure the computer power.

The administration dept. adjusted the employees' working timetable in time, some of the employees shift to work in the evening to avoid power rationing period. Moreover, we extended the time for the lunch break, and provided various of summer cooling appliance. Damon Industry has also invested a lot for all staff dormitory equipped air conditioning in order to ensure the employees sufficient rest.

Damon Industry staff were not hit down by the high temperature, everybody remained and held own positions with a steady daily attendance, try the best to ensure customers’ order delivery.

After the middle of August, the long expected cool weather finally came to us. We have finished the production adjustment, all of the shipments are guaranteed, now everything is on the right way.
